Living with animals means being close to life, and to death. Humla, almost 12 years old, struggled with joint pain. Since September she was given Librela injections monthly and that helped a lot. The tumours that had been dormant suddenly started to grow and then everything went quick downhills. Almost 11.5 years old we let her go to the eternal sleep. Our soap-scented prima donna and head of security. We will meet again in life’s perpetuum mobile.
The day after came joyful news when Fuega’s hip X-ray was read as A/A. She has the best possible result on elbows 0/0 and eyes (clear, without remarks) as well.
Life and death – companions to each other also in a kennel.
